What to expect from a lesson
When I begin a lesson I will have chosen a specific topic, concept
or technique. I spend the first part discussing it and usually make some
sort of diagram to illustrate it. Once the students grasp the idea I show
how it can be used directly or manipulated to make a painting. The
goal is for the student to learn techniques to create their own
unique paintings.
